3D Printed Ukulele

This is on of my favorite projects (so far) that i have created with my 3D printer, a Zortrax M200.

It is a 3d printed Ukulele. And it is full functional.

The design was taken form Thingiverse. Link:  Thingiverse

The material used is Z-Ultrat ABS.

It is printed in 4 pieces. Two for the body and two for the neck.

As i encountered some issues with the strings (were to low and sometimes were touching the neck) i designed and glued 1 strip. The strip was glued on the saddle of the ukulele.

The tuning keys were purchased and fitted on the guitar. As they were quite loose in the holes of the neck i designed and printed 4 small cylinders that were attached on these holes and the gap was reduced to the desired size.

The strings were purchased and they are ukulele original ones.
